How a basic, book-style Quran app became a rich platform with audio recitation, Qibla direction, and a community built around it.
Quran Touch brings the Quran to iOS with audio recitations, translations, Qibla, prayer times, offline reading, and need-based categories (e.g. what to read when sad). A community feature lets users request and share duas. The original app was a static PDF reader. The USA-based founder (roots in Egypt) had no in-house tech team and no profit motive — he trusted 6sense HQ with full creative control over design and usability.
