How ChargeOnSite built a charger-agnostic platform and moved beyond white-label software.
ChargeOnSite delivers EV charging across commercial and multifamily properties managed by major real estate operators.
As an EV charging infrastructure provider, ChargeOnSite needed a partner to build and evolve its software.

ChargeOnSite started with a familiar EV charging problem, rented software worked at a small scale, but limited control as the network grew.
A single hardware vendor limited charger choice and white-label software removed that limit, but introduced new costs and lock-in at larger scale.
Per-charger costs grow fast
Per-charger licensing that's cheap at 20 units is punishing at 2,000.
Long locked in contracts
Once signed for 2–3 years, every new feature depends on the white-label provider.
Expensive Migration
Price increases leave you choosing between higher fees and a costly migration.

We engineered ChargeOnSite's platform end to end — charging, energy, billing, apps and operations in one system.
Charger-agnostic core
Support multiple brands and migrate OCPP 1.6 to 2.0.1 live.
Grid & energy management
Balance and control charging load across multiple sites.
Session management
Manage charging from plug-in through payment and monitoring.
Billing & accounting
Connect Stripe payments to Zoho through automated API flows.
Driver & property apps
Give drivers and property teams one branded experience.
The work began in 2022, when public guidance on OCPP, charger communication and real-world hardware behavior was limited.
Built integrations from scratch. There was no mature implementation playbook to copy from.
Handled compliant and non-compliant chargers, different hardware behavior and one consistent driver experience.
We evolved without rebuilding, kept the live platform current as protocols and requirements changed.

Charger-agnostic for good
ChargeOnSite can onboard any hardware brand, never blocked by a vendor relationship.
Built to scale
Continuously scaling without per-unit license bills or a lock-in clause.
Full ownership
ChargeOnSite owns the platform and its data.
One branded network
15,000+ charging sessions across different locations.
